Debjani Chattopadhyay is an AMFI Registered Mutual Fund Distributor (ARN-121737) providing execution-only distribution services for Regular Plan mutual fund schemes with incidental advice, as permitted under SEBI (Investment Advisers) Regulations, 2013 — Regulation 3(3). She is NOT a SEBI-registered Investment Adviser. Any information on this website is general in nature and does not constitute personalised investment advice.
3. Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during onboarding and thereafter, completing KYC requirements, reading all scheme related documents before investing, keeping your contact and bank details updated, maintaining the confidentiality of any login credentials for transaction platforms, reporting any unauthorised access or transaction immediately, and informing us of any change in your financial circumstances or risk appetite that may affect suitability.
4. No Guaranteed Returns
Mutual fund investments are subject to market risks. No return, minimum return, or capital protection is guaranteed on any scheme. Past performance is not indicative of future returns. Any illustrative projection shared assumes a return of no more than 12% per annum, in line with AMFI Best Practices Guidelines.
5. Commission and Fees
Trail commission is received from AMCs for distribution of Regular Plan mutual fund schemes. This commission forms part of the scheme’s Base Expense Ratio (BER) and does not increase your cost of investment. No separate fee is charged to investors for distribution services. 6. Privacy and Data Protection
Your personal data is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy on this website and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Personal data is not sold or shared with third parties for their marketing purposes.
